April 14, 2026, SEOUL, KOREA – Kakao Entertainment has revealed a star-packed OST lineup for its latest production “Perfect Crown,” starring IU and Byeon Woo-seok. From its label artists including WOODZ, KiiiKiii, hrtz.wav, and RIIZE, to leading K-pop acts like BOYNEXTDOOR, numerous artists have lent their voices to enhance the drama’s romantic vibe. Notably, Kakao Entertainment has planned and produced an OST for its drama featuring its label artists, showcasing the power of its IP value chain. 

“The OST is designed to deepen the drama’s narrative and emotional layers,” the company said. “Blending each artist’s distinct style and musical color, it boosts the drama’s overall appeal and emotional impact.”

BIBI – My Pace

The first artist in the roster is BIBI, the iconic singer behind the 2025 hit “Bam Yang Gang.” She released “My Pace” on April 10, conveying the message of forging one’s own path at their own pace, without being restrained by others’ standards, status, or destiny. Highlighting BIBI’s signature dreamy, languid tone, the track opens with a calm, whisper-like start before gradually building toward an explosive vocal performance. Further elevating the song are bold, driving guitar riffs and sharp synth sounds, which combine with a catchy chorus.  

KiiiKiii – Go On

KiiiKiii, the icon of Gen Z, put out “Go On” on April 11, marking its first drama OST since debut. Characterized by an addictive chorus and a rhythm driven by electric guitar and bass, the song delivers bright energy and vitality to the drama. Incorporating the banjo (a traditional string instrument known for its bright, bouncy tone,) alongside clapping and lively beats, the track takes an experimental approach by blending the tradition and modernity – much like the drama itself. Following its release, the song has garnered positive reviews for its refreshing touch, heightening anticipation for the romance to unfold.

“Perfect Crown” is a noteworthy example of Kakao Entertainment’s integrated IP value chain across its music, story, and media businesses.
